Apalutamide

Indications/Uses

Metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer. Non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer in patients who are at high risk of developing metastatic disease.

Dosage/Direction for Use

240 mg (4 tab) once daily.

Administration

May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole. Patients who cannot swallow tab whole: Disperse in water & administer w/ non-fizzy beverage or soft food or through a nasogastric feeding tube.

Contraindications

Women who are or may become pregnant.
