Modified Vaccinia Ankara - Bavarian Nordic (live, non-replicating)

Indications/Uses

Prevention of smallpox & mpox disease in adults ≥18 yr determined to be at high risk for smallpox or mpox infection.

Dosage/Direction for Use

SC Adult ≥18 yr Administer 2 doses (0.5 mL each) 4 wk apart.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to modified Vaccinia Ankara - Bavarian Nordic or trace residues (chicken protein, benzonase, gentamicin & ciprofloxacin).
