Belzutifan

Indications/Uses

Adult patients w/ von Hippel-Lindau disease who require therapy for associated localized renal cell carcinoma. CNS hemangioblastomas, or pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, not requiring immediate surgery. Adult patients w/ advanced renal carcinoma following a programmed death receptor-1 or programmed death-ligand 1 inhibitor & vascular endothelial growth factor targeted therapy.

Dosage/Direction for Use

120 mg once daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. May be reduced by 40 mg depending on the severity & persistence of adverse reaction.

Administration

May be taken with or without food: Swallow whole.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
