Serplulimab

Indications/Uses

In combination w/ carboplatin & etoposide for 1st-line treatment of adult patients w/ extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.

Dosage/Direction for Use

IV 4.5 mg/kg every 3 wk or 300 mg every 3 wk until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Initial infusion rate: 100 mL/hr. Subsequent infusions may be shortened to 30 min if the 1st infusion is well-tolerated.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity.
