Indications/Uses

Patients w/ anaplastic lymphoma kinase +ve, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC w/ or w/o metastases to the brain.

Dosage/Direction for Use

450 mg once daily. Max: 450 mg once daily.

Administration

Should be taken with food: Take at the same time each day. Swallow whole, do not chew/crush.
